We help passengers understand baggage rights under the Montreal Convention (including Article 31 complaint periods) and connect them with our claims processing portal. Our fee model is no win, no fee: you are not charged if your claim is unsuccessful. Commission terms are provided during the claims process.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
